Shipping policy

Bermuda Industrial Supplies provides a fully-tracked courier service for all orders. Currently, we only supply and deliver to the east coast of Australia. Dangerous Goods items carry an extra DG surcharge and fuel levy depending on delivery location. Contact us for any orders over 150Kg for shipping cost.

Please ensure a residential or business delivery address is provided as we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A contact number is also required for our couriers.

All consignments are safely and securely packed to ensure issue-free delivery. All orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days of received payment.

Expected Delivery Times (Once shipped):
NSW/ACT - 2-5 Business Days
QLD - 3-7 Business Days
VIC - 3-7 Business Days

Pick-up from our warehouse in NSW can also be organised (option is available upon checkout). If you have selected the pick-up option for your order, our team will first ensure your product is ready and call you to confirm a suitable pick-up date and time.
