Returns

Here at Bermuda Industrial Supplies, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver quality Australian products at a competitive price. However, we understand that Returns can sometimes be a necessary step in your overall customer experience.

Please Contact Us before sending any products back. All items being returned must use a tracked postal or courier service (preferably with insurance). Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full liability if the item does not get back to us, and items not received by us will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Your item can be returned for any of the following reasons:

Change of Mind
Bermuda Industrial Supplies has a 30-Day Return Policy for change of mind returns, in which we can offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding original delivery costs) for full-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

All change of mind items must be returned in a brand new, unused and fully sealed condition in their original packaging, including any extra parts that may have been supplied by us. Items returned that are deemed unsuitable will be redelivered at your expense.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Your purchase automatically comes protected under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products come with manufacturer warranty.

Bermuda Industrial Supplies’ attention to detail ensures that all orders are shipped in a brand new, unused and fully sealed condition. If, in the unlikely event, that your item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will happily replace it and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you may have incurred in sending the item back, so long as you retain and send us a copy of the receipt as proof of the shipping costs.

All claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 2 business days of your order being delivered. It is important that you open your order as soon as you receive it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and supplier warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Liability
Once products leave Bermuda Industrial Supplies, how they are used is the buyer’s responsibility, and any misuse or damage (e.g. to property, equipment etc.) caused as a result is not the responsibility of Bermuda Industrial Supplies. By purchasing one of our items, you have agreed that you have been provided adequate information regarding the goods to ensure their safe and responsible use, handling and storage.
